A few months ago I upgraded to samsung A31 and they said I could claim  Samsung Galaxy Buds + 
So I did everything they told me to do, got the refrence number, paper work etc, But I never recieved my buds.? Why and what went wrong ? Its like 3 months later if it is'nt more

Hi GrumpyOldMan. have you received a set of promotional Galaxy buds ? I've called and emailed and followed their instructions. Please tell me what you did and what documents you provided to them as I have given them literally every document I have and sent to verify@samsumg.com and tellus@samsung.com and no feedback or confirmation or email requesting additional info of required, nothing. please provide some light on this whole debacle. much appreciated.
