I'm unable to redeem my buds offer it shows imei number not activated

Today I bought my new s21+ and I tried to redeem the buds offer but when I tried it through samsung members its showing  imei not activated  ... so pls help me to resolve this issue

Try it from Samsung shop App or from My Galaxy App or www.samsung.com website

You need to wait alteast 3 days after you put ur sim card in the phone. Then only it will work, dont worry, i got the same message on the first day when i tried to redeem galaxy buds pro from samsung Shop app

I have bought a Wifi version of S6 lite and had an offer for buds live at 1999. How will I get the Imei of the device as there is no SIM in this device only wifi. Kindly assist.
