I can't register my buds pro 2 in samsung mem

Guys I'm not able to register my buds 2 pro i that i have recently purchased from UAE.

When i tried to enter or scan the IMIE number it's showing your device couldn't be registerd.

Is there any issue if the phone and samsung account is from india and pro 2 is from UAE.

Is that could be problem to register?

Use the Smart things app.

Once connected buds to your phone click wearable app than go to earbuds setting click about earbuds. Than you model number and serial number. Down below there software information. copy Earbuds serial number not case number
