I need help with reclaiming the Galaxy buds, because I delayed claiming the voucher on my phone. Tried calling SA Samsung and Telkom store where I made the purchase without anyone helping me?
Also still waiting for my Galaxy buds, I uploaded the slip as my invoice like I was told by the Vodacom poes people, But it doesn't work ? So what the actual **bleep** Samsung ?
I got mine today after waiting for 2 months...all I did was go to my samsung member, Home bottom tab, you will find an icon written get help, click on it then select text chat..and you will be chatting to a consultant live...After I did that, 1 week after, I got my promotional items...So do try it and see
