I recieved buds 2 from samsung in exchange program as a gift and whrn I recieved them one of the bud was not working properly, I get them to the samsung official store in Johar town and they refused not only to replace bit even to check them that why it is not working... worst experience with samsung ever and to be honest after this kind of customer service I,m never gona buy anything from samsung again IA
