Galaxy watch Active 2 Shame on Samsung

New updates promised ny Samsung, all this is just peachy except, I purchased this watch when it first came out specifically for ECG, SPO2, and blood pressure monitoring that was promised. Very disappointed in Samsung delivering on new Galaxy 3 watch before keeping promise on Active2.

38 days.... not delivered the promised updates.

It is really surprising and the most painful part is that USA and some other part of the world have started receiving active 2 software update . Here, we don't have any update!

did you download some files on computer and then updated your firmware. I have seen this video but hold on isn't it Samsung job to deliver what they promised. when we bought the watch they didn't say ok you pay 50$ less since we don't have this features.

Yes. Actullay USA also they given this update some months before. So rare cahance this will come in gulf region. One update rolling out in germney, that inculdes some faetaures avilavble in Active 3
