Thanks for sharing. If your bank cards are being removed from your Galaxy Watch8 and you have to re-enter them often, a few things might be causing it:
Software updates / resets → Sometimes after a watchOS or Samsung Wallet update, cards may be temporarily removed for security.
Security policy from your bank → Certain banks force re-authentication after a set time or if they detect unusual activity.
Watch lock settings → If the screen lock or PIN isn’t enabled, Samsung Wallet may auto-remove cards.
Account sync → If the watch is unpaired/re-paired or the Samsung account signs out, cards may disappear.
Try this:
1. Make sure your watch and Samsung Wallet app are fully updated.
2. Enable a PIN or pattern lock on the watch (Samsung Wallet requires this for stability).
3. In the Samsung Wallet app, go to Settings → Clear cache/data and re-add the card once more.
4. If it still happens, check with your bank’s support to confirm if their policy is forcing re-validation.
If the issue keeps repeating even after this, I recommend sending Error Report via Members (Get help → Error reports → Samsung Wallet/Watch) so the dev team can check the logs.
