Hi, I recently received the Samsung galaxy watch 5, but when I receive notifications the watch doesn't vibrate/ make a sound or turn the screen on (The "Turn on screen" setting is on).
The notification is allowed from the app, do not disturb/ sleep mode is off, show phones notifications on watch even if phone is in use, is on.
Edit: I did a diagnostic on the watch and everything is working. Also It's just for certain apps like whatsapp, other apps work.
From my understanding it's whatsapp's notifications itself My phone is on vibrate and when whatsapp's notifications come through it doesn't vibrate I'm not sure if it's samsung's newest update or if it's whatsapp that needs to be updated
