Recently bought the Galaxy watch 4. Very cool watch. But im extremely upset that the Spo2 (blood oxygen),  ECG and blood pressure is deactivated.  I mean Australia and england have it activated,  why not us?

Still no oximeter on galaxy4. Samsung only answer questions when they have a ready solution otherwise Samsung does not care.

Well... It's nearly a year after your comment. What is taking so long for a popular brand to do what so many other brands have succeeded in?

Do I now need to move away from Samsung products? No phone, no watch, no TV, no soundbar, no hard drives, no microwaves, no kitchen appliances?

We you want loyal customers leaving your brand?

Based on Samsung choosing to deactivate important features on the Galaxy watch 4, I will rather purchase Fitbit.

Got confirmation from Twitter channel that features are disabled and they have no idea when this will be enabled. Its has already being two years yet other brands have no issue getting these rights. Why does Samsung battle. Are they really trying. I don't think so. Don't invest your hard earned cash in empty promises. Only buy these watches when all features have been enabled.

I was equally frustrated, unfortunately I got my watch from UAE since my country Zimbabwe doesn't have a dealership that sells at normal prices. No option to return. So I'm making do with Mods to enable the unavailable features. This is very frustrating by Samsung. My next watch is definitely not going to be a Samsung.

I just wish they activated atleast the blood oxygen level.
How can other brands get it right but not samsung?

So I purchased my watch this past week too... And I'm now finding this out... Seriously disappointed. Looking for an alternative that does offer these. Requesting my refund from takealot asap... If it's been 2 years I don't have much faith in this becoming available

Apologies for the inconvenience caused, please be advised that once support and rights to use this feature has been provisioned, it will be made available.

I wonder when this is going to be, because we've been waiting ever since the Galaxy watch 3 and active 2 was released
Got my Galaxy watch 4 recently after upgrading from Gear Sport, but i am extremely disappointed that there is no SP02, Blood Pressure and ECG on the Galaxy watch 4
Honestly thinking of getting a Fitbit next
