Recently bought the Galaxy watch 4. Very cool watch. But im extremely upset that the Spo2 (blood oxygen),  ECG and blood pressure is deactivated.  I mean Australia and england have it activated,  why not us?

Got confirmation from Twitter channel that features are disabled and they have no idea when this will be enabled. Its has already being two years yet other brands have no issue getting these rights. Why does Samsung battle. Are they really trying. I don't think so. Don't invest your hard earned cash in empty promises. Only buy these watches when all features have been enabled.

Hi, Spies apologies for the inconvenience caused, please be advised that once support and rights to use this feature has been provisioned, it will be made available.

Thank you for your feedback

Hi there. We know that this is not going to happen. I will be returning my product. It doesn't make sense to pay the same as other countries but get less features

You keep on saying this but it's practically useless. You have had 2 years to enable this. 🚮🚮🚮

Good day,

Is Samsung any closer to getting the Blood oxygen level functionality enabled in South Africa???

How many more years do we wait??!!!
