Recently bought the Galaxy watch 4. Very cool watch. But im extremely upset that the Spo2 (blood oxygen), ECG and blood pressure is deactivated. I mean Australia and england have it activated, why not us?
Good day Haroldcp, kindly be advised that the EGC feature has been added to the Galaxy watch 4, please follow the steps below to activate the functionality.
1. Access the Gear wearable application then update the watch to the latest version.
2. Access the Samsung Health Application to record the Blood glucose.
I agree. I this is ridiculous. Paying so much for a watch with so many features deactivated. Like buying a watch from 4 years ago. If Tsogo Sam05 could tell me when this will become available then I might keep my watch. Otherwise I am returning it.
Samsung is dishonest. They promised me this feature would be activate in a week weeks in December. It is now almost March. And they marked this issue as solved.
