Galaxy watch 4 features deactivated in South Africa

We pay the same for these watches but features such as spo2, BP and ecg is deactivated is SA. All you hear from Samsung is it will be available when it is available. That is not good enough. Give us a date. I want to have the option to return my watch if it is going to be longer than a month. Samsung had more than enough time to get this done.
