Galaxy watch 4 disconnecting

What is the reason why my watch disconnects from phone.

This happened 3 times in 2 weeks.

Very frustrating

I have a problem where my watch and phone wont reconnect automatically unless I turn on the screen
This is when I go away from the phone and getting back in reach

Yep, same issue. Will disconnect if I move away from my phone if I go outside
