Samsung we have been waiting now for over 2 years for features which were supposed to be included with the watch.
We have been lied to constantly by samsung, with various excuses as to why the watch does have these features, yet;
1) Huawei and apple have these features enabled in South Africa.
2) The new Samsung watch 5 has these features enabled.
We demand a refund for our watch/ Trade out for the New watch 5 so that we can get what we were promised for over 2 years now.
There is no place in the manual, on the box or the samsung website that says the SP02 features etc wont work in South africa.
It is completely mislead and unethical from Samsung to have done this to so many that have supported the company by purchasing this device.
Please make this right and take this as an urgent matter as we have been waiting so long now that the successor to our watch has already been released.
Have you updated your watch because others say that they have received the functionality apart from the blood oxygen functionality. Have you downloaded the Samsung health monitor app to enable it?
