Any idea how to get the ECG, Blood Pressure, Blood Oxygen measurements working on the Galaxy watch 4?

I'm using it with a S21 Ultra

I've seen some videos on YouTube to override the features through developer mode. Have you tried anything like this?

Hi. Final stages can mean anything. The way I see it Samsung has been saying "final stages" for the past 2-3 years......

Please be specific....I only have so much time to decide whether i should return my watch or not!!

Exactly, they told me that exact same thing 1 year ago after I purchased a Galaxy Watch 3.... Get your money back and buy something that has what it advertises.
