Galaxy watch 4 (44mm) Slow charging and lasts a day 😔

I am experiencing slow charging on my Galaxy watch 4. It takes about 4 or more hours to completely charge and in between charging gets stop because of the heating/charging time. Also, one time full charge lasts a day aur 36 hours max.

Turn off gps. There is no point using GPS 24x7. Also disconnect Bluetooth and wifi while you sleep. I am getting 2 days battery backup with these settings.
