Galaxy ultra watch random disconnect and won't pair up unless reset

So I got my Galaxy ultra wearable as a Christmas present, a completely unexpected gift! I absolutely love the watch, especially seeing as I never thought I would own a smart watch.  Well, twice now after removing the watch from my wrist and today happened when I put it on the charger, I got a disconnect notification. I was Well within bluetooth range, have had no other issues, but the watch would not pair back up or even show up on my phone bluetooth list. I initially restarted the watch and upon doing that a notice popped up on the watch saying to "reset" the device to pair again. I'd like to know why this is doing this. My watch and phone are both current with updates and despite loving the watch, this is a major inconvenience losing all the settings and apps. 

 

Samsung whats going on with this? It is not a cheap piece of hardware here, so I'd like it to not do this every month. Anyone have similar issues?

I'm sure it is just a software glitch. Try to Google or YouTube your issue, I'm definitely sure a solution will be found
