Wearables
Factory reset the watch in the watch settings menu and add as a new device.

WearablesThank you for reaching out Ocean137, apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Restart your Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 and the device you are trying to connect it to.
Forget and Re-pair:
- On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings and forget the Samsung Galaxy Fit 3.
- Open the Galaxy Wearable app, if you have it installed, and remove the device from the list of connected devices.
- Try to pair the Galaxy Fit 3 with your device again.
- Make sure your phone and the Galaxy Wearable app are updated to the latest software version.
- Check for any firmware updates for the Galaxy Fit 3 through the Galaxy Wearable app.
- Clear the cache of the Wearables app.
To clear an app's cache:
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select the sort by icon next to 'Your apps'.
5. Select the switch next to 'Show system apps' and select OK.
6. Select the app you'd like.
7. Select Storage.
8. Select Clear cache.
