We understand that your Galaxy Buds3 Pro right earbud has stopped working properly, with low sound output and ANC not functioning as expected.
Kindly try the following troubleshooting steps:
• Place both earbuds in the charging case and ensure they are fully charged
• Clean the earbuds gently, especially the speaker mesh and charging contacts
• Reset the earbuds via the Galaxy Wearable app:
Galaxy Wearable > Earbuds settings > Reset
• Forget the device from Bluetooth settings and pair again
• Update the earbuds software via Galaxy Wearable app
• Test the earbuds with another device to confirm if the issue is device-related
