I couldn't connect my earbuds neither to my tablet nor to the phone. I tried resting it but that's didn't work too.

How did you solved it? I am facing same issue with my buds+.
It is not showing in Bluetooth. I tried to reset it but no luck.

That's what I did
I charged the duds until it was fully charged then I opened the case and press on both of the earbuds touch pads until the green lights appeared then I closed the case for 10 sec and it worked
