Im using galaxy buds pro and there are few problems. The first is the buds is not connecting automatically,  i need to manually connect, sometimes when i keep the buds inside to charge only left bud will be charged and the right bud will have the same percentage as before. I also did reset multiple times,  after reset it will work fine and after few days it will again come up with these problems. 
I have been using the apple products for more than 10 years, never ever faced these problems once and the Airpods works fine with no issues from day 1. I really feel that samsung has to address these small problems. 
Every time when i reach out to customer care the only solution they give is to reset the buds.

Please visit the service center as I have faced some similar issues. They gave me a replacement and now they work fine. Also can I know to which device did you connect the Buds Pro?
