Galaxy buds pro low volume

Hi there got the buds pro with my keft earphone being very low to my right one.checked out all the videos of cleaning etc.i plays a little better but not as the other.can someone direct me in the right way please

Check your balance level in either the Settings>accessibility or there's a 2nd balance setting in the wearable app

I did that.even setting the left one higher.where is the balance level on the app

Aah i have the buds 2 pro...
Have you tried wearing only the one bud leaving the other one in the case then increasing the volume of that bud to maximum... not trug the phone but through some tapping or gesture.. then put it back in the case and do the same with the other...?
