Four days before I brought galaxy buds plus on samsung shop.. today suddenly very low volume in right side bud.. almost 20% sound only coming.. left side is hearing good... I dont know how to fix.. it is problem? Or solvable.. 
Please help to fix

Try resetting your buds from Samsung wearable app.

Now Working well... actually I resetting several times in samsung wearable app.. but doesn't work.. I paired another galaxy device( note 9) after that I worked well.. again pair to my device ( note 10 plus).. now Working well.. thank you

Try resetting if that doesn't work go to the service center for proper inspection or replacement if needed.
