Galaxy buds plus

I got the Galaxy Buds + delivered today. left bud is working but right bud is not.

Tell me friends any fix for this.

I visited service centre for the same issue and got new /repaired buds plus after 15 days I don't know exactly the buds are new or repaired.
Because got my buds in my old box.

Take your buds plus to the nearest Samsung service centre . 


They will take the buds plus and give you a DOA certificate. 


2. Then scan that certificate and send it to support.estore@samsung.com. 


3. After verification they will send the COUPON 


4. Redeem it from Samsung shopping app.

may be your buds are not coupled. try this once see if it works.
