1.Make sure your buds are charged. Insert the Buds into the charging case. Make sure the earbuds are sitting in the correct position. 2. If the earbuds don't connect within 3 minutes, Bluetooth pairing mode will be deactivated. Close the charging case and open it again (keep buds inside) to enter Bluetooth pairing mode again. To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, tap once and then tap and hold the touchpad on the Galaxy Bud. Hope this solves your issue. Thank you.
