Galaxy buds plus left earbud not working

Has anyone faced the issue where left earbud will not work. I manged to get it fixed by following some solutions online but the issue seems to be redundant. Its happening more frequently now ??
Anyone manged to get a response from Samsung on this cause all I got was visit nearest service center

i have searched , but only one option i got that, reset it through mobile
but its better to visit service centre

Happened with me too but visiting service center is the only option that worked. Make sure to chk your Buds there when you receive them after fixing.

do they replace buds or just fix it temporarily

They replaced my Left bud.

my left bud is faulty and it wont charge when i place it there...
i need to wigle it here and there
then it will charge that too it wont full charge ir the green light wont come at all

better take it to service center..mine is frequently going offline and I am tired of fixing it all the time ...btw big shout out to @samauriga for the help with the link
