Galaxy buds plus animation issue.

Dear samsung, 

                  I am having problem with my galaxy buds plus. Whenever i connect my buds+ with my s20 plus some times it shows me the new animation and sometimes it shows me this simple picture attached to this topic. How can i always get the new animation? Please help.

the other animation works when you have smart things app installed in your phone

dude i have smart things installed on my device but still i am not getting that animation. i also tried to uninstall smart thing and then tried but it didn't work. sometimes my device show me the new animation without doing anything and after that its gone.

Not sure what's happening then. I anyways uninstalled the smart things app as I didn't want to have a whole app just for that animation.
