Galaxy buds malfunction

During this period of lockdown and update was introduced by samsung for the galaxy buds and after  installing the updates one the earbuds is not sounding properly . Kindly suggest me what to do .

i reset it but nothing changed the right earbud is still making very little sond

sometimes it happens with mobile os also try to reset mobile settings from general management i hope ur problem will be solved

i am getting the same problem. one of my earbud stopped charging. i don't know what happened all of sudden. i got it in January only.

clean the golden dot pins of buds try to charge then reset it from galaxy wearable app

After the last update, I have noticed a quality drop while making calls through Galaxy buds. Many people have complained that they hear a lot of background noise when I am talking through the buds. Even I noticed the same while recording sound using buds. The background noise is not there when I use the wired AKG earphones
