I claimed my buds after buying the A34+watch from mtn. Made the claim on the 31st of May and the buds arrived after 9 days 😀

There's no next step after that. As long as you have received the email that states that the claim is successful then you are good. You will only be contacted by the courier guys on the day of delivery.

Enjoy them but just know that the active noise cancelling is useless because you can still hear everything around you clearly. I had them but don't miss them.
