Galaxy buds live malfunction

I opened my galaxy buds live today to use and saw that the left bud had disconnected. Tried pairing it back by putting the buds back in the case, didn't work. Saw a tutorial on youtube where i held both my buds in their case and pushed on them that led to the green led blinking, connected them to my phone again but still the left bud is disconnected. Anyone else facing this issue and does anyone have any kind of solution for it? Any help would be appreciated.

Reset se siraf settings hoti hai, device nahi. Tried

ohk so if possible do visit service centre and as of now contact them by using get help section and try to get help on phone calls or chat

Once unpair galaxy buds live and then pair it again..

also put them back inside case and charge it, after that try to pair it..

Charge your case full, and leave your both buds inside with the case open for like one hour. (Make sure the charging light is red and stays red when u put those buds in case, If the light turns green remove them and put them back again untill you get permanent red light).
