Hello everyone,

Can someone help me with my issue?
My galaxy buds autopause everytime I try to play a song; I have to resume at least 3 times per song.
This is so annoying.

The autopause issue with your Galaxy Buds can be quite frustrating. It usually happens due to a problem with the sensors or software. Here are some potential fixes:

1. Check the Wear Detection Sensors

Clean the sensors: Sometimes, dirt or moisture on the wear detection sensors can cause misbehavior. Gently clean the buds with a soft, dry cloth.

Adjust the fit: Make sure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears so the sensors can detect that you're wearing them.

2. Disable Autopause (if possible)

Open the Galaxy Wearable app.

Navigate to Labs or Settings (depending on your version).

Look for the Autopause feature and turn it off.

3. Update Firmware

Open the Galaxy Wearable app.

Go to Earbuds settings > Earbuds software update.

Install any available updates.

4. Reset the Buds

Unpair your Galaxy Buds from your device.

Open the Galaxy Wearable app > About Earbuds > Reset Earbuds.

5. Test with a Different Device

Connect the earbuds to another device to check if the issue persists. If it works fine on another device, the problem might be with your primary device's Bluetooth or software.

6. Reinstall the Galaxy Wearable App

Uninstall the Galaxy Wearable app from your phone.

Reinstall the app and reconnect your buds.

7. Check for Bluetooth Interference

Ensure no other devices are trying to connect to your buds simultaneously.

Keep your phone close to reduce signal interference.

If none of these steps work, it may be a hardware issue. Contact Samsung Support for further assistance or a potential replacement if the buds are under warranty.

Clean the Sensors: Dirt or debris on the sensors can cause the auto-pause feature to activate incorrectly. Make sure the sensors on your earbuds are clean.

Reset the Buds: Sometimes, a reset can help clear out any software glitches. You can reset your Galaxy Buds through the Galaxy Wearable app:

Open the Galaxy Wearable app.Go to About earbuds.Tap on Reset earbuds and confirm.

Check for Updates: Ensure your Galaxy Buds are running the latest firmware. You can check for updates in the Galaxy Wearable app under Earbud settings > Software update.

Disable Other Devices: If your earbuds are connected to multiple devices, it might cause interference. Try disconnecting other devices and see if the issue persists.

Battery Level: Ensure your earbuds are fully charged. Low battery levels can sometimes cause performance issues.

Maintain Range: Make sure you stay within the Bluetooth range of your connected device to avoid connectivity issues.

We are sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue with your Galaxy Buds. Try resetting the Galaxy Buds by placing them in the case and holding the touchpads of both buds for about 10 seconds until you see the indicator light flash. This can help resolve many playback issues. Also, ensure that both the Galaxy Buds and your phone are running the latest software updates. Open the Galaxy Wearable app to check for any available updates for your buds.
