I read earlier that Galaxy Watch4 in Canada has the feature to measure blood pressure.

Do the watches in India have the feature?

No.. and I think it won't get anytime soon. Typical Samsung. You are paying for hardware cost but they are lazy enough to get the approval. Just looting customers money, even the latest watch 5 has the hardware but still not usable

Maybe from health ministry or something but it's pending since 2 yrs now

Since the recording is only for fitness purposes, I cannot understand why the health ministry needs to approve. Strange.
