When will the Blood pressure, oxygen and ECG Monitoring be enabled in South Africa for watch 4 again?

New update busy downloading at the moment, hopefully it's now working.

This is the error I'm getting after the software update on my watch 4. The tiles for ECG and blood pressure do appear on the watch now but still not working.
