Galaxy Watch Trade-In Price Offer

Has anyone traded in their Galaxy watch device for a newer model. I'm getting the Watch 5, and was looking to see how much I would get if I traded in my Active2 watch. Samsung is only offering me (literally) R136.00. Yet they selling these devices for over R3000.

Did anyone else get such low prices for their trade-ins?

That is so crazy. I am so disappointed with Samsung here. I have watch 4 they giveng me R600. How crazy is that

I just decided to purchase one at Incredible Connection instead. It was slightly cheaper than the Samsung store or online. And donated my old Active2 to a family member
