Galaxy Watch 6 Disconnected

Hello, is there anyone here having the same experience? My Galaxy Watch 6 suddenly disconnected from my phone. I already changed phone from an S24 to an S26 Plus, but the issue still persists. I tried many times to reconnect it, even resetting the Watch, but every time the completion reached almost 100%, the connection was suddenly lost. Funny thing, my Galaxy Watch is able to connect with other phones. I don't think the HW has an issue, nor the SW. Please let me know if anyone has advice. Thanks.

Kindly try the following steps regarding the Galaxy Watch6 connection issue:

  1. Ensure both devices are updated to the latest software version.
  2. Remove the Galaxy Watch from Bluetooth settings on the phone, then restart both devices.
  3. Clear cache and data for the following applications:
    Settings > Apps > Galaxy Wearable / Galaxy Watch6 Plugin / Samsung Accessory Service > Storage
  4. Reinstall Galaxy Wearable and the Watch plugin from Galaxy Store or Play Store.
  5. Ensure Bluetooth, Nearby devices permission, and location services are enabled.
  6. During setup, keep the watch close to the phone and avoid switching applications until pairing is completed.
  7. Since the watch is able to connect with other devices, the issue may be related to software configuration or application conflict on the phone.
