Long time Samsung customer with mobiles, tablets and watches.

VERY disappointed with the pathetic, useless and hugely time wasting warranty service provided by Samsung Australia-

46mm Galaxy Watch stopped sleep tracking one night and not able to get heart rate reading.

Did the research, not overly uncommon issue it seems. Did all the resetting and rebooting procedures etc. Did not rectify.

Watch in new condition, never even worn under water etc.

Booked service appointment online. At first for whatever reason Samsung closed the booking and marked it as completed status.

Made new booking online + phoned Samsung to confirm the booking and was told all ok and they had sent an email also to confirm with the Samsung Chermside store in Queensland.

Dropped the watch off and staff could not locate the booking.

They had to book it in. Problem clearly explained to them.

Following day watch was ready for pick up. Upon pick up asked what was wrong. Was told just needed a "Firmware" update.

Guess what, watch not working correctly still.

Going back through the whole process and having to take back to the store for the 2nd time this week.

Very disappointing.
