My experience has been very frustrating.

I am active on a daily basis and purchased the watch mainly for sports activity tracking.

When the watch is unpaired from my mobile, it fails to display some parameters which remain at zero throughout the activity. When it's paired up with my mobile again, it accurately displays those missing parameters, which means it was recording them all along during the activity, but not displaying them.

Consequently, the watch also fails to monitor and record daily targets.

I have tried factory reset, making sure the watch is fully synced with the Samsung health app, but the issue still persists.

If anyone has a solution, please do share it.

Kindly follow the below:
- Try to reset the watch:
Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone.
Next, tap Watch settings. Note: You can skip this step on some watch models.
Tap General, tap Reset and then tap Reset again to confirm.
- Try to send an Error Report from Wearable App: 
1- Launch the Galaxy Wearable app on your smartphone within 15 minutes of experiencing your issue
2- Connect your wearable to the Galaxy Wearable app
3- Tap the More icon in the top left of the screen. It will appear as three horizontal lines
4- Tap Contact Us
5- Tap Error reports
6- Fill out the error report with details of what happened
7- Once finished, tap the send icon in the top right of the screen
An expert from the Samsung Members team will try and respond to the report as quickly as possible.
