So I recently started to get my watch close to my face to listen and speak to the person on the call. In some instances, had to switch to the phone itself to continue the call. It started to get annoying and then searched for the issue. I saw a post on the US Samsung community where one user also had the issue on the galaxy active 2 and then saw many did as well.
Anyway, the fix was surprising to me. It said to take a pin to clean/remove the debris blocking the speaker and microphone and I tried it and it works perfectly again. So happy I can use it too, hope this post helps you all as well, God Bless.
Update: Got the Samsung clear protector case and the back of the case got scratches already 😭
