Guys I purchased galaxy watch active 2 Bluetooth steel yesterday from Amazon. The product is great but during calls I feel that the voice is crackling from the watch speaker. Is anyone facing this issue. Any solution for this.

In mine also voice is clear but there's slight distortion in the speaker. So what to do for this. Is this common or should I get the watch replaced?

it's common with calls, but if it happens while playing some audio from music player then surely get it replaced

Well I checked it with songs its very clear only with calls I am facing this issue any reason for this.

I think that sound transmission from service providers is not that high quality.
that happens when we use Bluetooth speakers for calls too.
so the call quality might be the one causing issue
