Dear Samsung Team

Now on my watch, Galaxy S3 Frontier, heart rate measurement and step counting is not workig.


Copy paste solution not accepted.

  • Watch updated,
  • Watch resetted,
  • No any new app installed
  • Phone android S7 Edge ( world the worst  phone ) updated
  • Phone app ( wearables) updated
  • Fully charged
  • Fully discharged
What is next problem i will vome across ?.
Battary - it is problem
Sensors - it is problem
 
Let me guess next time each 1 minute will be 55 seconds ;) 
 
Give me solution. I paid this phone, didnt get as a promotion tool on street.

khuram24 I have already left my samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, because of stupid pink line on screen, 

and no i use other brand. also in future i will never buy samsung watch, and started to spread around how samung lazy and un-responnsible about customers (a.k.a money owner.)

Dear user,
If you have any complaints, use get help option in samsung members app. If you post in members forum, those who will see the post is samsung users, not the company's engineers. First of all register your watch with samsung members app and select report an issue from help menu, so that the msg will reach samsung development team. Otherwise use option to livechat with customercare representative. Instead of that you Post in members forum and yells samsung doesn't cares.
