Problem 1:
I went to the 1st floor twice and even stayed there for about 2 minutes each time, but the "Floors Climbed" count still shows zero. Sometimes, floor counting is completely inaccurate, and other times, it works perfectly.

Problem 2:
At night, the oxygen level (SpO2) sensor remains on continuously, and the light stays on throughout the night. Even after waking up and walking for about 5 minutes, the light stays on until I interact with the band (e.g., check time or steps). Only then does the light turn off.

Problem 3:
In the morning, if I walk without first interacting with the band, no steps are counted—not even a single one. As soon as I use the band for anything like checking the time or steps, step counting starts working properly.

Problem 4:
The battery drain at night is inconsistent. Sometimes, it drops only 5%, and other times it drops 10–15%, even though all settings remain the same. During the day, battery drain is more stable—around 5%. The only difference is that SpO2 is enabled at night, but even then, the battery usage should not vary this much.

For your reference, I purchased this band on 25 June 2025, and all these issues have been occurring despite using it properly and keeping the settings consistent.

In all the above cases, I’ve always worn the band snugly and correctly on my wrist.

Samsung, please respond.

Hi Bro
I wanna know a thing
Let's say.
If am traveling on a bike/car

Will the steps in the band count the distance travelled as steps and increase the step count?

Yes, it counts steps when we are travelling and our hands are moving.

Thank you bro
But
I don't understand wat samsung are trying to do
What's the point of buying a samsung band by investing 3k
If a boat or a fire bolt smart watch under 1k can do the same

Exactly.
I thought all sensors will work fine, if Samsung is the brand. I am little bit disappointed.
