3 days back I bought a new phone Samsung A21s and my galaxy fit band keeps disconnecting frequently. Previously I never had issue with my Galaxy Fit. I tried every possible thing but without any luck. As soon as I lock the phone within 15 sec my band disconnects but while using phone my band never gets disconnected. Need urgent help

Goto Settings >Apps >(from three dots on the top corner) Special access >Optimise battery usage >Apps not optimised. (Change it to) >ALL.
Now scroll down and turn OFF optimisation for 'Bluetooth'.
Let me see whether it worked.
Thank you.

Another thing is that it has no issues with the bluetooth audio device. Even if my bluetooth headset is on standby, it never gets disconnect.

Kindly check both your device software and galaxy-fit software are running on latest updates. Then restart both devices. Unpair the device and pair it again. If nothing works, check your fit from another device. Inform us your results.

Please check after wiping your cache partition.
(Switch off your phone. Press and hold, power button and volume-up button for 4-5 seconds till the phone turn on and boot into the recovery mode.
Use volume keys to navigate to 'wipe cache partition.' Use power key to select and confirm. Then reboot your device. Normally, this will not effect any personal data or settings.)
