Galaxy Fit: Vertical bars on screen

Can someone please assist - my galaxy fit looked like this after I woke up this morning.

There are no visible Mark's on the watch, I do not exercise with it, I work in an office and only shower with the watch.

The screen is messed up, its most probably because you shower in hot water and do you put the watch on waterlock mode while in water?

I do use the water lock feature while showering. don't use itnfornwashinf hands though.

but the watch is rated 5ATM, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Yeah like I said it's either the warm/hot water that damaged it or you dropped the watch a couple of times.

did not drop watch or even exercised with it.

How does one go about fixing? thing is a month old.

Then it must be the hot water, am check your nearest Samsung store or cellphone repair stores because I have no idea about watch screen replacement🤷‍♂️
