Hi Everyone! I am not afraid not to be called a geek but my only fear is being cheated by mobile brands despite being a geek. The fear turned into reality when I bought an iPhone in 2018 and Apple delivered a fulty product that hardly worked for 3 months. I complained a lot but they didn't listen at all and often misbehaved when questioned genuinly. Their customer services are horrible and so do their customer care executives. So I switched to Samsung Galaxy Ecosystem and the very first product I bought was Samsung Galaxy S9. Being a geek, I always knew one device is not enough to fulfil my needs so I watched Samsung Galaxy Smartwatch and then Samsung DeX. And hence I got my Samsung Galaxy ecoystem satisfying. Since I embraced the ecosystem, I am pleasantly surprised with its combine performance, durability and most of all its rich features. So here is a geek who was cheated by Apple and held by Samsung.
