I recently purchased samsung Buds and the samsung Sold it on high price than market.

Its the poor quality buds i have ever purchased.

If samsung can't design the thing better .

Then take it from third party.

Very very dissappoited and very poor quality.

Hi, check if your Galaxy Buds software is up to date, many Galaxy buds issues was addressed in the last update, connect you Galaxy Buds then use your Galaxy Wearable app to search and install the new update if it's available, if you are still facing the same issue after the update then visit the nearest Samsung service centre to check your device.
