Galaxy Buds

Hi Samsung. I just received my galaxy buds 5 days back. I am facing a persistent issue during my use. 

I am experiencing irregular sound drops for a second in the left bud several times during my use.

Request you to address the same.

i am facing the same issue but the most irritating one is sound quality...its really hard to watch YouTube out in streets...i prefer my other bluetooth headphones or earphones
