I bought Galaxy Bud plus today. I paired them with my mobile. In Samsung Wearable App  I see only the right ear bud connected and charging. The Left ear bud is not connecting or charging.

When I place the left ear bud individually (with out the right ear bud) into the charging dock, the red light lits for 3 seconds and then turns green. It is not connecting or charging. Any one else has this or Is aware of this problem ? Plz advice

Try to reset you Galaxy Buds through the Galaxy Wearable app, then pair it again.
If that doesn't work then you have to visit an authorised Samsung service center to check it up.

Even I faced same issue on the first time.. Some how it started working after reset. Resetting is the only work around. Also check in youtube for work around.. Looks like this is a common problem for many buds+ users
