And that's the issue they used in the months to follow with my issue. samsung says they didn't receivr the documentation to initiate free buds delivery and Vodacom takes NO responsibility for their upgrades dept not having done it. Neither cares at all that I haven't received what was integral to me buying the S10+. The buds are costly as a separate purchase. I sincerely hope Samsung is reading our posts here... but I doubt it.

CC123. Happy that you received your buds. I am still waiting on mine. What Tracking nr did you use for the CourierIt tracker? Is it the same as the CITD nr you get when claiming the buds?
