I have purchased my galaxy S20+ on the 15 of March before the lockdown. I received an email stating you will deliver my buds after the lockdown. Due to Lockdown level 4, will I be receiving them anytime soon?

lucky you got a email saying you gettimg something im still waiting to hear whats going on with my gift and I was one of the first to get my phone #bad service

Hi, Cohen97 Kindly be advised that our courier partner will only attend to deliveries permitted in terms of the Regulations pertaining to the Lockdown Period. However, once we have new information on non-essential deliveries we will share them accordingly.

Stop giving incorrect information! Do any of you actually know what is happening with the delivery of the Galaxy Earbuds? Seems as though everyone one samsung is giving their own opinion on the matter. I called the courier company myself and they said they will deliver if Samsung provides them with the package.

Here is proof that someone got their Earbuds plus Friday the 8th May yet you telling us the courier company is not delivering!

Yes with Level 4 lockdown, I've seen many non essential items being delivered by courier services

Hi Jezzy1. I received my buds just yesterday. However there was a problem with them and ive sent them in to get synced . But thank you for bringing this to everyone's attention. I mean its ridiculous the waiting period. I wish you the best on receiving yours.
