Question: can a galaxy buds be connected to Samsung S7 Edge? If so, HOW? Because I tried to connect mine but it's not working.

Galaxy Buds must be compatible with Samaung Galaxy S7 Edge. If you want to connect the two devices, you have to download Samsung Wearable app. From there you will be guided through the connection process.

Being a Samsung brand they're meant to work together unless there's a factory defect!!!

download the Smart Things app from the Galaxy Store. Then connect the Buds to the phone.
